All official builds are published only on the Lynx GitHub releases page. Never download a Lynx wallet from anywhere else.

Quick start

From download to staking in four steps.

STEP 01

Install

Download the wallet for your system from GitHub and run the installer.

STEP 02

Sync

The wallet downloads the blockchain. This takes a few hours the first time, so let it run.

STEP 03

Secure

Encrypt your wallet with a strong password and back up your wallet file somewhere safe.

STEP 04

Stake

Send LYNX to your wallet. After 30 blocks (about 2.5 hours) it starts staking automatically.

Running a server?

Command-line builds for every chain.

Node operators can grab the command-line daemon for Debian and Ubuntu, on both AMD and ARM. There are builds for the flagship Lynx chain and every sister chain. Or let the Spark installer handle everything with one command.
